1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the site remember information about your visit — such as your language preference or whether you have already seen a consent notice — so that your experience is consistent across pages and visits.

Cookies do not contain personally identifying information by themselves, although in some cases they can be linked to information you have provided to us. You remain in control of the cookies placed on your device and can adjust your preferences at any time through the controls on this page or through your browser settings.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

3. Third-Party Cookies

Where we use third-party services, those services may place cookies on your device independently, subject to their own privacy policies. These may include:

  • Google Analytics — website usage analysis (Google Privacy Policy)
  • Google Maps — the embedded map on our homepage may set cookies related to map functionality
  • Meta (Facebook) — only where marketing tracking has been enabled and with your consent

We do not have direct control over cookies set by third parties. You may opt out of third-party analytics cookies via the Google Analytics opt-out tool.

4. Cookie Duration

  • Session cookies — temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser. Used for navigation continuity.
  • Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period. Our consent record cookie persists for 12 months; analytics cookies may persist for up to 24 months depending on the service.

5. Your Cookie Preferences

Use the controls below to manage which optional cookies are active on your device. Your preferences are saved to your browser and will be respected on your next visit to this site.
